God's Aura

O God, Your mystery deserves respect,
You need some aura or You’d not be God,
how could we puny humans here expect
to run like You when we can barely plod?

We are not capable of understanding
the slightest bit of all Your Godliness,
how vain to think we can be so demanding
to want more for us whom You overbless.

Your Revelation You already give,
Your love, Your grace, Your life, indeed, what more
can we ask for, plus heaven where we shall live
with You--all this we should be grateful for.

Like Your Creation, Lord, Great Architect,
with faith, Your mystery I do respect.
