Most in Need

O God, You know Who's most in need of prayer,
then that's the one for whom I wish to pray;
though I don't have so many prayers to spare,
I'll give You some that You can give away.
For those I love, I know I pray a lot,
big deal, You said, that's what the pagans do;
who needs love most are those who have it not,
along with loved ones, we should love them too.
You see from Your great vantage point above
who's most in need when I take time to pray;
besides our friends, our foes we're supposed to love,
we must see You beneath what they display.
O Jesus, since I trust that You know best,
I'll send a prayer and You do all the rest.
