Soul Tech

No email flies as swiftly as my prayer,
no words misspelled, no need to use a code,
no Facebook friend, prayer is sent anywhere,
with God there is no fear of overload.
No cell phone made can match my prayer's design,
with God's big ear, nothing can interfere,
and being free, no monthly bill is fine,
each call gets through, for always God is near.
No words to text, no need to write a letter,
God knows my prayer while it's still in my heart,
my soul's technology I think is better,
for prayer shows God and I are not apart.
So when, O God, it comes to You and me,
prayer is indeed my sole technology.
