What would God say if I gave Him more time?
It's a real question, for I have a choice;
would I end up as just some kind of mime?
With all His talk, would I still have a voice?
With God can we mere humans get too close?
I mean, so what would happen to my space?
It's likely so with God to overdose,
especially when you meet Him face to face.
If I give Him more, is there less for me?
Or when I give to Him, don't I get more?
Is He outdone in generosity?
Will He not fill me up with gifts galore?
I'm busy, yet I know what I must do,
O God, I want to give more time to You.
