Over Clover

Conceited weeds may lord it over clover,
but humble clover grows a meadow wide;
by clover fields wherever goes the rover,
the clover's globe and coneheads can be spied.
The clover's tiny florets crossed the ocean
and eighty clover species drove from there;
the bumblebees pollinate the clover potion
to sell us their best clover honeyware.
The clover feeds our livestock fragrant fodder,
with nitrogen enriching clover sod,
most all a clover's edible with water,
and clover seeds help birds fly close to God.
As He pours riches on the clover clan,
the clover pours all over beast and man.
