To Worship

What does it mean to worship and adore?
It means to put God first in everything,
to bow down low whenever we're before
our God, and hold Him far above each king.

It means to follow God in every way,
and not to question Him or turn our back,
to hear His loving Word and then obey,
to say there's nothing good that He can lack.

It means to tell He is the Lord of all,
to recognize He's perfect and divine,
before His face, down on our knees we fall,
respect His name and build to Him a shrine.

O God, we owe You faith and love galore,
it's You alone we worship and adore.
