What Does God Do?

What does God do? We wonder what He does.
As Yahweh, He exists, the One Who is,
outside of time, He will be as He was,
Maker of all, He owns us, we are His.

God lives in heaven, He rules us from above,
yet omnipresent, He also rules us here,
since God is love, He’s always doing love,
omnipotent, He lives beyond all fear.

God loves us all, yet each He does attend,
He tells us to attend Him and obey,
He watches, guards and guides us without end,
to freely love Him too, He asks we pray.

O infinite God, You do things infinitely,
in Your eternity, do them with me.
