Christ Center

Christ is the center of the human race,
His birth begins and ends our calendar,
we are the normal cards, He is the ace,
His suffering saved us from the way we were.
Christ Jesus, center of both God and man,
the human Incarnation of divine,
between both heaven and earth, the central span,
makes me God's, and in Eucharist, God mine.
O Christ, You're at the center of God too,
the Son, the middle of the Trinity,
the Father did it all for love of You--
the Alpha and Omega mystery.
Yet me You choose, Christ Center of it all,
to at the center of Your love install.
