Love Miracles

A miracle is just a kind of love,
where God suspends His normal nature rule,
and interferes with power from above,
impressing everybody but the fool.

Here nature is a loving gift to all,
from life to stars to trees to animals,
bent out of Eden's nature by the fall,
yet often healed by loving miracles.

When witnessing a miracle, why scoff?
If God can make a butterfly or flower,
give God a break when He's just showing off
a little hint of His fine infinite power.

Combine my prayer with Your love, Lord, and see
if You might make a miracle for me.
